HappiTea, proudly founded by Vietnamese entrepreneurs, started its journey on March 31, 2017, from a humble milk tea cart. Quickly winning the hearts of customers, HappiTea now boasts 160 stores across Vietnam and the Philippines.

2017
On July 31, 2017, a small milk tea cart appeared in Can Tho, marking the beginning of the HappiTea milk tea brand.
2019
HappiTea grew from 39 stores in 2019 to 79 stores in 2020.
2021
HappiTea celebrated the grand opening of its 110th and 111th stores on the same day in Binh Duong.
2022
HappiTea has become part of the Go Global ecosystem and is poised to enter international markets under the brand name "HappiTea"
2023
December 2023 marked the signing of the Master Franchise agreement, and by July 2024, the first HappiTea store was launched in the Philippines.
At present
With over 155 stores, HappiTea is having signed franchise agreements across the Indian Subcontinent and the GCC region.
