Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Changing Order Information
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate information when placing an order at Phuc Tea.
Phuc Tea only accepts changes to the following order details: delivery address, recipient information, and delivery time. Depending on each case, we may support customers after verifying with the store fulfilling the order and the delivery service. Phuc Tea will contact the customer with the updated information or reserves the right to decline support.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel an order if the store has not yet prepared the product. Please contact our hotline at 1900.9215 for assistance in checking the status of the order you wish to cancel.
In cases where the store has already prepared the product, Phuc Tea regrets that the order cannot be canceled.
If Phuc Tea cannot reach the customer, the order will not be refunded.
Phuc Tea reserves the right to refuse order support in the following cases:

The selected address is outside the delivery area listed in the app.

Unable to contact the customer by phone at the time of order confirmation (Phuc Tea only confirms orders via phone for orders with incomplete information).

Unable to fulfill the customer’s order due to missing information, instructions, or authorization at the time of delivery.

Not all items ordered by the customer are available at the time of order.

Phuc Tea discovers that the phone number used violates company policies or involves dishonest purchasing behavior.
3. Order Termination

Your order will be canceled if delivery staff or customer care cannot reach you after three attempts.

If you have received the order but choose not to accept it for any reason, please contact our hotline 1900.9215 for support.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
At the time the driver hands over the product, customers should inspect and verify the product with the driver.
If the order is incorrect or the product is damaged, customers have the right to refuse receipt.
All products will be replaced if the quality is unsatisfactory or the order information is incorrect, at no cost to the customer.
