Loyalty Program Policy
Article 1: Purpose
Members can use their accounts accumulated through purchasing products and services at Phúc Tea, as well as participating in promotional programs set and regulated by Phuc Tea.
Members must present their membership number to enjoy benefits.
The purpose of all terms is to define all rights and obligations of members and the procedures for using the loyalty program provided by Phuc Tea.
Article 2: Definitions

Loyalty program: The membership care policies offered by Phuc Tea to members, collectively referred to as the program.

Member account: The account where members accumulate points.

Points: Units used to calculate member spending transactions accumulated in the account.

Accumulated points: Points earned when purchasing products or using services at Phuc Tea during the 12-month ranking evaluation period in the current calendar year. Ranking points are used to determine Membership Rank.

Membership rank: The level recognized based on the ranking points accumulated by the member. There are four (04) membership levels: New Member, Regular Member, VIP Member, and VVIP Member. The membership rank may change depending on the ranking points in the account.
Article 3: Loyalty Program Policy
Phuc Tea offers member benefits according to the following mechanism:

Accumulate Points: Members earn points when purchasing products or using services at Phuc Tea. These points determine Membership Rank and the benefits members receive (calculated after discounts and promotions).

Use Accumulated Points: Members can use accumulated points when purchasing products or services at Phuc Tea (as regulated by Phuc Tea).

Promotion Programs: Members can use benefits offered by Phuc Tea as announced on communication channels decided by Phuc Tea.
Article 4: Eligible Members and Registration Conditions

Eligible Members:
All customers can become Phuc Tea members by registering through the Zalo OA platform or providing information to in-store staff, and agreeing to the terms of personal data collection and usage to receive exclusive offers. -
Registration Conditions:
Customers can self-register a free membership account on Zalo OA or provide information to staff at the time of purchase.
Customers must provide accurate personal information, including phone number, full name, date of birth, and current city/province, to ensure their benefits.
Article 5: Scope of Use
Phúc Tea nationwide system.
Article 6: Use and Management of Member Accounts
Members must provide the registered phone number when making payments.
Member accounts cannot be transferred, assigned, or used as collateral without prior consent from Phuc Tea.
Accounts are managed by the member through Zalo OA. Phuc Tea is not responsible for account management or usage except providing member benefits.
Phuc Tea may request relevant documents to verify member identity for exclusive benefits.
Phuc Tea is not liable for any loss due to member negligence or account mismanagement.
Article 7: Membership Rank Criteria

Evaluation Cycle: Accumulated points are valid within the current calendar year and reset to zero at the end of the year.
Article 8: Loyalty Program Benefits

Exclusive benefits cannot be combined with other promotional programs. Points are calculated based on the actual invoice at the time of purchase. Points are adjusted if invoices are canceled.

Points apply to direct in-store purchases or orders via the hotline/automatic ordering channels managed by Phúc Tea, excluding Food Apps (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, Vill, Gojek, etc.) or other e-commerce platforms.

First-time members receive an e-voucher valid for 7 days.

Additional rewards:

Points redemption: vouchers, products.

Spending milestones: vouchers valid for 7 days.

Real-time spending: vouchers valid for 24 hours.

Rank upgrade: vouchers valid for 7 days.

Birthday gifts: vouchers valid for 7 days according to membership rank.

Return after 7 days: vouchers valid for 7 days.

Article 9: Personal Information Collection and Privacy Commitment

Phuc Tea collects personal information provided by members during registration and uses it for marketing and loyalty programs.

Collected information includes phone number, email, full name, date of birth, and transaction information.

Personal information is only collected and used with member consent, except as required by law.

Phuc Tea does not use, share, or disclose member information to third parties without consent, except as legally required.
Article 10: Membership Termination or Account Lock
Membership information is permanently stored. Members cannot cancel their membership once registered.
Article 11: Personal Data Retention Period
Collected personal information is retained as long as the account is active. Phuc Tea may retain information for legal compliance regarding member transactions.
Article 12: Member Rights to Adjust Personal Information
Members can request corrections to inaccurate personal information. Phuc Tea will process requests within seven (07) working days. Points cannot be transferred between accounts unless the error originates from Phuc Tea.
Article 13: Authorization for Handling and Managing Personal Information
Phuc Tea is responsible for processing and managing members’ personal information and maintaining security systems to protect it.
Article 14: Changes to Loyalty Program Policy
Phuc Tea reserves the right to change the structure and terms of the loyalty program. Members will be notified via social media channels (Facebook, Zalo OA, etc.) or the customer service hotline at least seven (07) days before changes take effect.
