1. Delivery Time
Delivery time frame: 08:30 AM - 08:30 PM (*) Outside the expected time frame above, delivery hours may vary depending on the store’s operating hours. Phúc Tea aims to deliver within 30 minutes after order confirmation. For areas more than 5km away, when customers confirm their order, it implies agreement to a delivery time exceeding 30 minutes. (*) If the delivery time changes compared to the expected delivery time, Phúc Tea will contact the customer via phone. 2. Ordering Methods

3. Delivery Distance
There is no limit on delivery distance. For addresses over 10km, store staff will contact the customer for more specific consultation. 4. Delivery Fees
Phúc Tea offers free delivery for orders above 50,000 VND within a 3km radius.
Phúc Tea offers free delivery for orders above 65,000 VND within a 5km radius. Additionally, delivery fees are applied and displayed in detail for each order. (*) During holidays or Tet, Phúc Tea may add a surcharge directly to the order, which will be displayed on the payment screen before completing the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, customers only pay the total order value shown on the payment invoice. For orders paid online, customers do not need to pay any additional fees to the driver. If a driver requests any additional payment beyond the total order value, customers are kindly requested to contact the hotline 1900.9215 immediately for support.
